How to show your events on HOPS24
An event is listed in a few minutes. The HOPS24 team takes a quick look before it goes live.
A page for every event
Title, date, time, place and admission in the HOPS24 events calendar, marked up as an event for search engines. Visitors can add the date to their calendar.
Your equipment under “Featuring”
The event page shows your listings that are online. Anyone who saw the bouncy castle at the fair can send an inquiry for their own party. The event also appears on your rental page.
Straight from the order
If an order is a public event, tick “This is a public event” on the order. The date comes from the order; your customer’s name and address are never copied. You can also join events listed by other rental businesses.

Create a new fair under “Events” or tick “This is a public event” on the order.
Quick check, then live
We check the entry before it is published. Once it is live, you will see it in your provider area.
What’s the catch?
- Signing up, listings, inquiries and the calendar are free, commission-free and have no contract term.
- HOPS24 never accepts money from your customers. You agree price, contract and payment directly.
- HOPS24 earns money with paid add-on plans, such as the Partner API for event portals and software companies, or the website widget without the HOPS24 note. You don’t need any of them to receive inquiries.
- You can take listings offline at any time. If you want to delete your account completely, just send us a short message.
- How many inquiries you get depends on region, offering and season. We don’t promise a specific number.
Frequently asked questions
Which events may I list?
Only public events where you will be with your equipment, for example town fairs, markets, club or company events with visitors. Private parties such as children’s birthdays or weddings do not belong in the events calendar.
Does the organiser have to agree?
Yes. Only list an event if the organiser agrees to it being announced publicly. For an order, that is your customer.
Is my customer’s data published?
No. From an order HOPS24 only takes the date. You enter the name, place and, if you like, address, time and admission yourself. Your customer’s delivery address and contact details stay private.
When does the event go live?
After a quick check by the HOPS24 team. If you change important details later, we check them again. If you cancel or delete the order, the event disappears too.
Can I join an event listed by another rental business?
Yes. You can join approved events of other rental businesses under “Featuring”. Your listings will then appear there too.
Does it cost anything?
No. Events, listings, rental page and inquiries are free and commission-free.
