Add phone and direct bookings to your dashboard in seconds. Your calendar is blocked immediately and the booking appears in your overview – no double effort, no paper chaos.
The platform brings together booking, payment, claims and customer communication. You focus on delivering the service on site.
Payouts, withholdings and claims follow a clear logic so that assignments remain transparent and financially manageable.
Insurance, availability, safety standards and performance records are systematically required and documented.
No manual typing. The AI reads your existing website, identifies all bouncy castles, extras and contact details, and prepares everything in a structured format – you review once and import with a single click.
Every active listing gets its own search-engine-friendly detail page with images, structured data and a clean URL – so your offer can be found more easily via Google.
Fog machine, popcorn machine, bubble machine: set up your extras once centrally and make them bookable independently. They appear in search results on their own and are automatically checked for availability.
Bookings via phone, Instagram or WhatsApp can be entered directly in the dashboard. They automatically block your calendar, appear in your overview and can be exported just like platform bookings. Everything in one place – no matter which channel the order came through.
External ICS calendars, blocked days and served postal codes control which requests match your availability and prevent double bookings.
Your revenue, credits and deducted commission are available in the dashboard at any time – as CSV, XML or PDF, ready for your accountant or tax office. Correct tax logic for small businesses and standard taxation is already built in.
Services are centrally planned, documented and billed to clear standards. You know what to expect – and so do your customers.
Customer communication, complaints and refunds are managed centrally via the platform. You provide evidence and statements through the dashboard process.
We require proof of insurance, operational data and safety standards – entered once cleanly, then it runs itself.
Payouts are made only after service delivery, review, and only when all complaints are resolved. This reduces abuse and sets clear standards.
You can also list any of your items for sale in addition to rental. Interested parties submit a purchase request directly via the marketplace – you decide. If the buyer is themselves a provider on the platform, the equipment can be automatically transferred to their inventory on request. Learn more →
HOPS24 is built around a model with centralised contract and payment flow. For providers, this means not just greater reach, but also clear SLAs, robust safety requirements, defined claims processes and a transparent billing logic.
The range is not limited to bouncy castles. Those who also offer popcorn machines, candy floss machines, beer benches, high tables, fog machines or other rental items can also make these bookable via the platform – either as an add-on to a bouncy castle or as a standalone listing.
If you deliver reliably, document clearly and respond professionally to event requirements, this model is a great fit. It does not favour the cheapest provider, but the most dependable one.
This chart does not show internal HOPS24 data, but an illustrative benchmark from comparable platform markets. The pattern from other markets: whoever is bookable online and gets found, receives more enquiries – and that becomes noticeable quickly.
Why the curve gets steeper: getting found when someone searches. Getting booked without back-and-forth. Getting re-booked because the first job went smoothly.
Tableo reports a median booking increase of 32.3% for restaurants after activating "Reserve with Google".
Booksy advertises 20% more bookings per customer and 25% fewer no-shows for appointment-based beauty businesses.
Eurostat reported 951.6 million online-booked nights for 2025, 32.4% more than in 2023.

You deliver the booked service as a service partner for HOPS24. The platform manages the contract, payment flow, claims and customer communication centrally.
You should have solid business details, appropriate liability insurance, clear pricing, reasonable response times and reliable service records.
Payment is made only after service delivery, internal approval, and when no open complaints, refund or safety cases remain.
The commission rate currently stored in the system is 12 % on platform bookings, unless otherwise agreed.
Disruptions, delays or safety issues must be reported immediately. Depending on the case, remediation, substitute performance, refund or another solution will be managed via the platform.

Yes. In the "Bookings" tab of your dashboard, you will find an area called "Add external booking". There you can record orders received by phone, Instagram, WhatsApp or direct contact – with customer details, date, address and amount. The booking immediately blocks your calendar for the relevant listing and appears in the CSV export just like any platform booking. No commission on external bookings.
If you are already in contact with a provider, you can share this page directly. It explains the partnership model concisely and leads to registration.
