A dedicated page for every listing
Every active item has a public page with images, price, location and the details you choose to publish. You can share it directly, and search engines may index it.
Keep dates from other channels together
Add dates agreed by phone, social media or direct contact to the dashboard. They then appear alongside your HOPS24 enquiries in the calendar.
Maintain delivery areas and availability
Add served postcodes, blocked days and, if useful, an external ICS calendar. Customers see more relevant details and you can keep track of occupied dates.
Settle directly with the customer
You agree the payment timing and method yourself. HOPS24 does not collect the hire price or deduct commission from your payment.

What happens when an enquiry comes through HOPS24?
You are the contracting party of your customer. HOPS24 introduces you and supports organisation but does not take over your contract or the customer's payment.
What do I need to work with the platform?
A public listing needs correct business and contact details, clear prices, your own images and accurate information about the item. Keep the insurance and safety records required for your business and equipment up to date.
How do I receive payment?
Your customer pays you directly using the method you agree. HOPS24 does not collect the rental price and therefore does not issue a payout to you.
What does the platform cost?
The provider features and listing allowance currently enabled are free, with no transaction commission. Future additional allowances, packages or modules may only become paid after transparent pricing and an explicit order. Nothing is activated automatically.
How are problems on the event day handled?
Tell your customer about disruptions, delays or safety issues immediately and document them. As contracting parties, you agree remediation, substitute service or refunds directly.
Do I get documents for my accountant?
You can export bookings and payment receipts you document as CSV, XML or PDF. Your own invoices, tax treatment and coordination with your accountant remain your responsibility.
Can I also add bookings that did not come through HOPS24?
Yes. In the "Bookings" tab of your dashboard, you will find an area called "Add external booking". There you can record orders received by phone, Instagram, WhatsApp or direct contact – with customer details, date, address and amount. The booking immediately blocks your calendar for the relevant listing and appears in the CSV export just like any platform booking.
