Saturday morning, and the blower is missing
The customer is waiting while you are still looking for the second blower or the ground sheet.
Inquiries in the evening, setting up at the weekend, your job in between: many people run their rental business alongside everything else. “Equipment & customers” takes the searching, phoning around and list-keeping off your plate – units, inspection dates, jobs and your customers in one place.
The customer is waiting while you are still looking for the second blower or the ground sheet.
Spreadsheet, notebook, a note on the fridge – and everyone on the team has a different version.
Because your calendar only knows “booked”, you say no although the second one was free – or you say yes twice.
You only notice when setting up, and the unit stays in the warehouse.
A tear from last weekend, but nobody remembers which job it happened at.
The nursery from last summer’s party is celebrating again – and books elsewhere this time because you did not know it was time to get in touch.
A customer calls and wants “the same bounce house as last year” – but name, date and price are scattered across WhatsApp, emails and sticky notes.
“Equipment & customers” is part of your provider area on HOPS24. You set it up in one evening and stop hunting for information afterwards.
Every unit with inventory number, serial number, purchase date, photos and storage location. You see at once what is ready, in maintenance or defective.
You set intervals and store proof as PDF. Due dates appear on “Start” and arrive by email – as a reminder for you; the responsibility stays with you.
For every day and week: which unit goes to which job, with a packing list to tick off. No part gets left behind.
Damage with photos, costs and the job where it happened. So you still know later what went on.
Everyone from your inquiries and orders in one place, with notes, revenue and last date. When a job anniversary comes up, “Start” reminds you to get in touch – HOPS24 never writes to your customers.
If you link a listing to an equipment type, HOPS24 counts the free, ready units per day. With three identical bounce houses, the day stays free until all three are taken. A unit in maintenance or marked defective is left out automatically. Customers only ever see “free” or “booked”, never your stock.

Your provider account on HOPS24 stays free. You book “Equipment & customers” on its own – you do not need an API plan for it.
In the provider area you book “Equipment & customers” with a 30-day trial. Your customer list is there right away – it is built from your existing inquiries and orders. We remind you three days before the trial ends.
Start with the item you rent out most often: equipment type, number of units, storage location, packing list.
Link your listings to the equipment types. From then on, calendar and job schedule stay right on their own.
No. Equipment planning is a separate add-on you can book on its own. You only need the partner API if you want to connect your own software.
After 30 days, the add-on continues automatically: 6,00 € per month (introductory price for the first 12 paid months, then 9,00 € per month) (plus VAT). We email you three days before. If you cancel before then, you pay nothing.
It stays stored and readable. You can only edit it again with the add-on. Linked listings then count as one unit again.
No. Customers only see whether a day is free or booked – never units, quantities, maintenance or damage.
No. The reminders are a help. Which inspections your equipment needs is stated in the operating instructions; you remain responsible for them.
Yes, especially if you rent things out on the side. Even with a handful of units you stop searching for parts and forgetting dates, and the customer file fills itself from your inquiries and orders without extra work. Try it during the trial.
Only you – and the HOPS24 team if you ask for help. HOPS24 never writes to your customers and does not use the data for its own purposes; we only process it on your behalf.
