Fair to providers
The API never shares providers’ contact details. Every enquiry goes through HOPS24 to the provider’s inbox – partners bring rental companies extra customers, commission-free.
Frequently asked questions
Is the API available yet?
Yes. Search, listing details, availability, submitting enquiries, syncing your own listings and webhooks are live. After sign-up you get the Free plan with a sandbox test key right away; Starter and Business can be booked online. The API delivers real listings from rental companies from 20 Oct 2026 – until then, integrate with the sandbox sample data.
What happens when my quota is used up?
There are no extra charges. We notify you at 80 %; from 100 % further requests are declined until month end – or you upgrade at any time.
Do I have to credit HOPS24?
On Free and Starter, yes – with “via HOPS24” and a link to the listing page. From Business on, the link to the listing page is enough.
Do I get rental companies’ contact details?
No. Enquiries always go through HOPS24 to the provider. That keeps it fair and providers receive every enquiry in their usual inbox.
How is billing handled?
You book Starter and Business online, monthly or yearly, via our payment provider Stripe, plus VAT (reverse charge for businesses in other EU countries). Invoices, plan changes and cancellation at the end of the billing period are in the customer portal. The Partner plan is agreed individually.
Is the website still free?
Yes. Searching, enquiring and listing stay free on hops24.de for renters and providers. Only the API plans from Starter upwards are paid – including website widgets without the HOPS24 note from Business.
